These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 09 November 2021. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.

Any customer, before committing, certifies being able to conclude a contract according to the terms of articles 1123 and 1224 of the civil code.

In the event of an error in the sending or content of the exchange voucher, or a deterioration of the exchange voucher when it is sent, you have a 14-day period from the day of receipt to inform the institution.

Article 7.2
